By accessing chargedupprints.com, submitting a quote request, or placing an order with ChargedUp Prints ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all customers, whether ordering online, by phone, by text, or in person. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
All orders begin with a quote request. A quote is not a binding order — it is an estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your files and specifications.
Order confirmation occurs when you approve your proof and submit payment. Production does not begin until both conditions are met.

Important: Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. Pricing is subject to change after that period due to material or supply costs.
Payment is due in full before production begins. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and bank transfer for larger orders.
For orders over $1500, we may require a 50% deposit to begin production with the balance due before shipping.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Sales tax may apply based on your location and applicable tax laws.
Net 30 terms are available for established business accounts with a history of orders. Contact us to inquire about business account terms.
We provide a digital proof for every order before printing. You are responsible for reviewing your proof carefully for:
Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors contained in that approved proof. If you discover an error after approval, contact us immediately. We will do our best to stop production, but cannot guarantee changes once printing has begun.
Proofs are typically delivered same-day. Proofs not approved within 7 business days may require re-quoting if materials or pricing have changed.
Color note: Digital proofs are viewed on screens which display in RGB. Printed output is in CMYK. Slight color variations between your screen and the printed product are normal and not considered defects.
Our standard turnaround is 48 hours from proof approval. This is a production estimate, not a guarantee. Turnaround times may be affected by order complexity, volume, or material availability.
Rush / expedited orders are available for an additional fee and are subject to our current production queue. Rush turnaround is not guaranteed.
Shipping: We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping times are in addition to production time and are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. ChargedUp Prints is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage during transit once handed to the carrier.
Local delivery is available for qualifying orders. Delivery windows are estimated and may vary.
ChargedUp Prints is not liable for any losses or damages caused by delivery delays.
You are solely responsible for the content of your artwork. By submitting artwork or design files to ChargedUp Prints, you represent and warrant that:
ChargedUp Prints reserves the right to refuse printing any artwork we deem inappropriate, illegal, or infringing. We will not print content that promotes hate, violence, illegal activity, or infringes on third-party trademarks or copyrights.
File requirements: Files should be submitted at 300 DPI in CMYK color mode. Acceptable formats include PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG or PSD. We are not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution or incorrectly formatted files.
We retain the right to store your files for the purpose of fulfilling reorders. We do not share your artwork with third parties.
We stand behind our work. If your order contains a manufacturing defect — meaning an error caused by us and not present in your approved proof — we will reprint the affected items at no charge.

Because all orders are custom printed to your specifications, all sales are final once production has begun.
Before production begins: You may cancel your order for a full refund, minus any file setup fees already incurred.
After production begins: Cancellations are not accepted. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will reprint rather than refund.
Refunds for shipping costs are not provided unless the error was caused by us. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier on a claim, but cannot guarantee outcomes.
All content on chargedupprints.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of ChargedUp Prints and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.
Customer artwork submitted to ChargedUp Prints remains the intellectual property of the customer. We claim no ownership over your designs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChargedUp Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products, including but not limited to:
