Yes — we keep your files on file. Just mention it's a reorder in your quote request and reference your previous order if you have it. No file setup fee on reorders.

Changes can be made before you approve your proof. Once you approve the proof and production begins, changes aren't possible. If you need to change something urgently, contact us immediately at info@chargedupprints.com.

We accept:

• PDF — preferred for print-ready files
• AI / EPS — Adobe Illustrator files
• PNG — minimum 300 DPI at print size
• PSD — Photoshop files (flattened preferred)

Avoid low-resolution JPEGs or files pulled from websites — they won't print cleanly.

All files should be 300 DPI at the final print size. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are resolution-independent and always preferred. If you're submitting a PNG or PSD, make sure it's 300 DPI — not 72 DPI which is screen resolution and will print blurry.

For die-cut stickers and labels, include a 0.125" (1/8") bleed on all sides beyond your cut line. Keep important text and logos within the safe zone — at least 0.125" from the cut line. We'll flag any issues when we review your file.

Use CMYK color mode for all print files. RGB files (used for screens) will be converted to CMYK before printing and colors may shift slightly. If color accuracy is critical to your brand, submit in CMYK and we'll do a color check before production.

No worries — we offer a file setup service where we prep your artwork for print. A one-time setup fee applies per design. We'll always let you know if your file needs work before we charge anything.

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from proof approval. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Large or complex orders may take slightly longer — we'll always confirm your timeline when you get your quote.

Yes! Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Same-day or next-day production is possible depending on our current queue. Mention your deadline in your quote request and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes! We stock Miron jars, economy glass jars, Chubby Gorilla tubes, and pre roll tubes that can be purchased without custom printing. Great if you want to apply your own labels or just need the containers. Ask about current stock availability in your quote.

We offer several finish levels:

• No Finish — standard UV print, clean and vibrant
• Spot Gloss — glossy highlight on select areas
• Star Voltage — Emboss (Lvl 2) — subtle texture raise
• High Voltage — Emboss (Lvl 4) — noticeable raised texture
• ChargedUp — Emboss (Lvl 6) — maximum emboss effect

Spot gloss (also called spot UV) applies a high-shine glossy coating to specific areas of your design — like your logo or key text — while the rest stays matte. It creates a striking contrast and premium look that makes your brand pop off the label.

Embossing creates a raised 3D texture on your printed surface. We offer three levels — 2, 4, and 6 — with 6 being the most dramatic. It adds a tactile, premium feel that customers will notice even before they pick up your product.

Yes — spot gloss and embossing add to the per-unit cost depending on complexity and coverage area. We'll include finish pricing in your custom quote so you can see the exact difference before committing.

Miron jars are premium violet glass jars that filter out harmful light wavelengths while allowing beneficial UV-A and infrared light through. This helps preserve the potency and freshness of sensitive products longer than clear or amber glass. They're a premium packaging choice for high-end products.

We carry Miron jars in 5ml, 100ml, 150ml, and 500ml. We also have custom label sets available for the 5ml size including top, side, and back label options. We also offer economy black, white, and clear glass jars in 3oz and 5oz sizes.

We offer custom mylar bags in:

• 4x5 — small format
• 4x6 — holds ~14g dry
• 5x8 — medium format
• 6x9 — holds ~28g dry
• 14x17 — large format for bulk

All sizes available with full custom UV printing.

Our standard mylar bags have a resealable zipper. Child-resistant zipper options are available on select sizes — mention it in your quote request if compliance is a requirement for your product.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and bank transfer for larger orders. Payment details are included in your invoice once your quote is approved.

Payment is due before production begins. Once you approve your quote and proof, we'll send an invoice. Production starts as soon as payment is received.
