Shipping rates
Shipping is a flat rate set by the largest type of item in your order, plus a small charge for each extra item of that type:
- Small flat items (mouse pads, wipes, zipper bags): $6, plus $1 each additional
- Large flat items (desk mats, shirts, hats, towels): $12, plus $2 each additional
- Fragile items (mugs, tumblers): $18, plus $4 each additional, packed for protection
Orders of $99 or more ship free. The exact shipping cost is shown in your cart before you pay.
Production time
We send your digital proof within 1 business day of your order. Once you approve it, most orders are printed within 48 hours and shipped right after. Pack orders and busy seasons may take a little longer, and we will let you know if they do.
Delivery
We ship from Orlando, FL with UPS. After shipping, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within the U.S. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders going to Hawaii or Alaska may cost more to ship. If yours does, we will reach out before it ships. Need something sent outside the U.S.? Contact us and we will see what we can do.
Lost, late or damaged packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are up to them, but we will help track it down. If your tracking shows delivered and you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your mailroom, then email us and we will open a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund & Returns Policy. We will make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but email us right away and we will try to fix it before it ships.
